| Lake San Marcos North Course A great country club starts with a great golf course. Our exclusive Harry Rainville designed North Course at The Lake San Marcos Resort and Country Club is just that. Established in 1963, this classic, traditional course is nestled in the coastal foothills of north San Diego County. With mature trees, stunning backdrops and some of the best greens in San Diego, the North Course is pacifying even as it tests all parts of your game. Being a guest at Lake San Marcos offers more than just a great course. Our pro shop will meet all of your needs with an array of apparel and equipment. Lessons can easily be arranged with several of our golf school professionals. The grass-only practice range, large putting green and practice facility allows you to work on your game. A full round on the course can easily turn into a full day at the club. Enjoy dining discounts at Gordon's - a restaurant and bar overlooking the North Course. You can also arrange meetings and catering through our event coordinators, indoors or out. Furthermore, member privileges extend to the Club's tennis facilities, adult and family pools, lodging and spa services. Lake San Marcos South Course Our South Course is a par 58 at 2,700 yards and packs a lot of great golfing in a short amount of time.
